How Meadow Studio works, what you get, how billing works, and whether it's right for your one-person business. Honest answers.

Before you ask

Meadow Studio is a marketing operating system built for solo founders who don't have time to wrangle seventeen different tools. If you're wondering how it works, what it costs, or whether it'll actually help you ship faster, you're in the right place.

We've answered the questions people actually ask before they sign up. No fluff, no evasion, no 'reach out to sales' cop-outs.

What does Meadow Studio actually do?

Meadow Studio gives you one place to plan campaigns, write content, schedule posts, track performance, and manage your entire marketing workflow. Instead of juggling Notion, Buffer, Google Analytics, and a dozen browser tabs, you get a single dashboard that connects the dots between strategy and execution. It's designed specifically for founders running marketing solo, so there's no enterprise bloat or features you'll never touch.

How much does Meadow Studio cost?

Plans start at $29/month for solo founders, billed through Stripe. You can pay monthly or save 20% by paying annually. There's no setup fee, no per-user charges (because you're the only user), and no surprise add-ons. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to everything, and you won't need a credit card to start.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. You can start your 14-day trial with just an email address. We only ask for payment details when you decide to continue after the trial ends. If you don't upgrade, your account simply goes dormant and nothing gets charged.

Can I cancel anytime or am I locked into a contract?

You can cancel anytime, no questions asked, no cancellation fees. If you're on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual subscribers get a prorated refund for unused months if they cancel within the first 60 days. After that, you keep access until your year runs out.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, so you can export anything you need. After 90 days, we permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. You can request an export at any time before deletion, and we'll send you a complete archive within 48 hours.

Does Meadow Studio integrate with tools I already use?

Yes. Meadow Studio connects with Google Analytics, Stripe, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and most major social platforms. We also have a Zapier integration if you need to connect something custom. The goal is to pull your existing data in, not force you to rebuild everything from scratch.

Is my data secure and who can see it?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Only you can access your account, and our team can't see your content or analytics unless you explicitly grant support access for troubleshooting. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and never sell or share your data with third parties.

How long does it take to set up and start using it?

Most founders are up and running in under 20 minutes. You'll connect your social accounts, import any existing content calendars (optional), and set a few preferences. There's a guided onboarding flow that walks you through the basics, but nothing is mandatory. You can skip straight to building your first campaign if you prefer learning by doing.

What if I get stuck or need help?

Every plan includes email support with responses typically within 4 hours on weekdays. There's also a searchable help center with video walkthroughs and written guides for every feature. If you're on an annual plan, you get priority support and can book a live screen-share session if you need hands-on help.

Is Meadow Studio overkill if I'm just starting out?

No. Meadow Studio is specifically designed for founders at the beginning, when you're doing everything yourself and can't afford to waste time on tool sprawl. If you're currently using free tools and duct tape, this is the natural next step. If you already have a marketing team, you'll probably outgrow it and need something more complex.
